Is there parking at New Malden Diagnostic Centre?

Yes, we offer free onsite parking to all patients and visitors

Do you have disabled access?

Yes, we have an entry ramp and lift on site. A member of staff will be happy to help you.

Do I have to wear a face mask?

We kindly ask that all patients wear a face mask when visiting the centre

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 8.00am-8.00pm and Saturday 8.00am-6.00pm

How do I pay for my treatment?

We are recognised by UK leading insurance providers. If you are a self funding patient the cost of your treatment will be explained to you prior to any treatment. You can then pay by cash or card at our reception.

How long will my appointment take?

The duration of your appointment will depend on what you are coming in for. Reception will be able to advise you on this prior to your appointment.
